Company’s Obligations:

The company, Travel Mudra Pvt. Ltd, has the obligation to update these terms periodically, and any changes made will be effective immediately upon being posted here. It is your responsibility to be aware of the current terms.

The online fee payment services described are tailored to your specific needs and can be accessed using your unique password. All fees quoted are in Indian Rupees, and Travel Mudra Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to modify them at any time. Please refer to the service confirmation for the fee amount before proceeding with payment.

Liability:

Travel Mudra Pvt. Ltd is responsible for ensuring that your payment reaches its intended account within two working days. However, we cannot accept liability if your payment fails to reach the correct Travel Mudra Pvt. Ltd account due to your incorrect account number or personal details. Additionally, we are not liable if your credit/debit card supplier declines or refuses the payment for any reason. If your payment is declined, it is your responsibility to confirm with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that the payment has been deducted from your account.

Under no circumstances will Travel Mudra Pvt. Ltd be held liable for any damages resulting from the use, inability to use, or outcome of using this website, any websites linked to it, or any information or materials found on such sites, regardless of whether such damages are based on warranty, contract or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company will not be responsible or liable in any way for any downtime that may occur and will not provide compensation for such events.
